These terms govern your use of newsneversleeps.com (the "globe", "NNS"). By using the site you agree to them.
What NNS is
NNS is a free, independent live-data dashboard, published by Quill & Harbor LLC. It displays public data feeds — earthquakes, weather, disasters, markets, space launches and world news — pulled from third-party sources and shown for general informational and entertainment purposes only. NNS does not verify, edit, or endorse the underlying data; it displays what the source feeds report.
No paid plan
NNS is free to use. There is no subscription, account, or paid tier today. If that changes in the future, these terms will be updated first and any billing terms will be described here before anything is charged.
Not professional advice
Nothing on NNS is financial, medical, safety, or emergency advice. In a genuine emergency, follow official guidance from your local authorities, not this site. Market data shown on the globe is for general interest and is not a recommendation to buy or sell anything.
Data accuracy
NNS relays data from third-party public sources (USGS, GDACS/UN OCHA, NASA EONET, GDELT, CoinGecko, NOAA, The Space Devs and similar). Those feeds can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong, and some panels fall back to the last known-good reading when a source is unreachable. We work to keep the globe accurate and live, but we don't warrant that any figure is current, complete, or error-free. Some figures (for example running counters like world population or the national debt clock) are projections between real data points, not a live tally, and are described as such where shown.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site — including scraping it at scale, attempting to disrupt or overload it, circumventing any access controls, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual property
The NNS name, design, and the globe's original presentation are the property of Quill & Harbor LLC. The underlying facts and third-party feed data remain the property of their respective sources.
No warranties
The site is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any figure it shows is accurate at the moment you view it. You rely on it at your own discretion.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Quill & Harbor LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, NNS. Because NNS is free, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to $0.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
